« Chris was excellent he was always very helpful!
One thing I did not like was that I told the manager if there was a handicap room because my father was having a heart procedure done in the morning and he tried to help us out, but that construction and not being told which elevator to use had me somewhat upset because my dad had to be walking all over the hotel because the room we were staying in was blocked by the construction! So disappointing.
But other than that everything else was good...

The toilet had visible stains and what appeared to be a temporary repair on the seat cover. The bathtub was uneven, squeaked,...
