« The front desk staff was rude at check-in and couldn't be bothered to help answer questions or provide what my family of 6 needed for our stay that was not stocked in the room - pillows for 6 people, towels for 6 people, bedding for the pull out, etc. The breakfast was sub par, many items were empty and not replenished. No milk for cereal or coffee. The pull out sofa bed was AWFUL, and my kids couldn't sleep on it. The room felt dirty and the bathroom desperately needed a REALLY deep scrub. ...
