Ocean Club G301 is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the oceanfront of Indian Beach. Bedroom #1 features a King Bed, TV, and Private Bath. Bedroom #2 features a Queen Bed, TV, and access to the Shared Bath. Spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas with ocean views. Covered balcony with furniture overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Amenities include: High-Speed Wireless Internet, 3 Flat Panel TVs; Wet Bar, Beverage Refrigerator; Interior Washer/Dryer; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerators with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, and Dishwasher; Covered Balcony with Furniture.

Linens and towels provided with Beds made for Weekly stays.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
