« We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. « We enjoyed our stay. The hut is well equipped and had the weather been warmer we could have benifitted from the outside space. We felt they needed to think about slightly better storage and the couch/ bunk beds were probably six inches too high for comfort. The fold away table was also poor although it served a purpose. The hut had a slightly tired feel and would benefit from some upgrading - television for example. »

« We had a wonderful Christmas in the charming Shepherds hut whilst visiting family near by. We brought our slow cooker with us and managed to make make a Christmas dinner in the well equipped kitchen. Toasting marshmallows on Christmas Eve was a highlight! »

« Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return! »

« Lesley and Mick are wonderful hosts and take great pride in their cabin, the size, decor and amenities were spot on, just as described. We come to Alderholt from time to time and the location couldn't be better for our visit. We will come back again. Next door to Churchill Arms Pub and walkable to a well stocked co-op. « Ce "room2 Southampton" est une vraie surprise ! Une chambre extrêmement confortable, spacieuse, avec tout le nécessaire (y compris une kitchenette)... bref, on se sent comme à la maison ! La localisation est parfaite, au calme (juste à côté d'un parc qui isole de la circulation), tout en étant à deux pas du centre-ville ; et en particulier à proximité immédiate de quelques excellents pubs typiques de Southampton, avis aux amateurs... J'y retournerai les yeux fermés ! »
