'Checking in was very difficult. Jose does not speak English. He never made himself available to let us in the building. We were let in by another guest staying in a different apartment. There was one piece of furniture to sit on other than the folding chairs at the kitchen table was a tiny loveseat covered by a ragged slipcover. Couch pillows were old. Beds need mattress pads. The only way to get privacy or reduce the noise was to close the shutters completely, and then the apartment would heat...

'El apartamento es un piso bajo muy pequeño: cocina unida a comedor sin apenas espacio, pues hay que desplegar la mesa para comer. Sillas plegables porque no caben normales. Una de las habitaciones es enana y en las "no-ventanas" que no se ven en la foto solo hay un pequeño espacio para la ventilación. Una de las habitaciones es enana, la vitrocerámica no funciona, la. nevera es pequeñísima,... Si vas solo a dormir, pase, si pretendes hacer más vida allí, olvídate. El entorno fantástico, eso sí.'

'Mein Aufenthalt in der gut ausgerüsteten Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Obwohl an einer Strasse gelegen, war die Wohnung ruhig. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch die nette Nachbarin funktionierte gut. Ich würde die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.'

'Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Teenagern und einem Kind ausreichend Platz in der schönen Wohnung gehabt. Es gibt zwei Bäder jeweils mit Dusche. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Ein Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz ist vorhanden, mit großem Auto allerdings nur erschwert nutzbar. Es gab aber genug Parkplätze in der Umgebung.'

'La Terraza de Alma es un departamento muy cómodo y las fotos lo representan muy bien. Nosotros lo usamos para hacer base de nuestro viaje en auto por Galicia. Desde allí visitamos Finisterre, Coruña, Ourense, Pontevedra y Vigo. El auto se estaciona en la calle y a unas dos cuadras siempre encontramos lugar. 'Wonderful, like stepping back in time. To have beautiful ancient buildings just out side your door, more restaurants than you can count and a grocery store around the corner, with good cheap wine makes it a perfect place to stay.'

We stayed on the ground floor apartment, which was modern, spacious, comfortable, super clean, and had everything you need on a visit to Santiago de Compostela. The location was perfect as well: in a quiet street, but just a 5-minute walk from the old town.'

Estaba bien ubicada, en la zona peatonal y cerca de la Catedral, el Mercado Abastos, los restaurantes, etc. El apartamento lo tenía todo; toallas, sábanas, detergente, champú, jabón, lavadora, café, etc. Estábamos muy cómodos y contentos durante la semana. Lo único que nos molestaba un poco fue el ruido en la calle a las tres de la madrugada.'

'The apartment was perfect for our stay. Owners met us at the door and provided a tour of the apartment features. We loved the warm touches that made it feel like home. 'Great modern apartment. Bed is two singles put together, and if you go to the middle it creaks. There’s too much light in the apartment when lights are switched off, from sensors and sockets. I like a room completely dark so struggled to sleep on my first night because of the light coming from the sockets and ceiling. Helpful host who’s just a message/call seay. '
