Welcome to Sevilla Retreat, a unique artist-designed villa surrounding an oval swimming pool, perfect for families and friends. The villa is very spacious and private offering exceptional value when sharing. Overlooking Runaway Bay Golf Course, you're just a 10-minute walk from a private beach with bar and chairs. Relax by the pool while we help arrange a private chef, grocery delivery or transport.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Room no 1 - 1 Californian king sized bed

Room no 5 (apartment)- 1 Californian King + 1 single - accessible from villa car park
(Blankets, linen, towels, beach towels provided. Cot and high chair available to place anywhere on request.

Built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval shaped swimming pool that shines like a jewel in the Crown when lit up at night, the villa is perfect for private daytime and nocturnal swimming.

The property offers 5 bedrooms - three bedrooms in the villa open out through sliding doors onto the veranda around pool. The 4th is down a spiral staircase. The 5th bedroom is an adjacent self contained studio with patio and kitchenette. The living room in the villa opens up onto the veranda through large sliding doors making a beautifully huge spacious living area with 2 dining areas and comfortable seating overlooking the pool.

CHEF
Our cook is available in with the price to cook breakfast and dinner. If guests want her for public holidays her fee is USD 125 per night . She is always happy to work with guests and even happier to try new recipes!

GROCERIES
Guests pay for their own food supplies, however, deliveries from the local supermarket can be arranged prior to guests arrival. Guests are required to settle their bill with the shop directly online as soon as the shop sends the invoice to them (after the items have been tilled)
The cook is happy to help our guests with preparing a list of produce for delivery.

STAFF
Housekeeping is available during the week but not available at weekends or on Jamaica public holidays unless by prior arrangement. Our manager manages the cleaners during the week according to guests requirements.

Security
Our security, groundsman and pool maintenance man lives adjacent to the property and is available as and when required.

BEACH
Guests will be given a beach pass on arrival to access our private resident's beach which is a 10 minutes walk the other side of the golf course. The beach is lined with magnificent almond trees with stone table and chairs offering shade from the sun. The beach is a white sandy beach with turquoise blue sea, and is very safe for swimming. Guests can relax with a good book in the sun lounge chairs. The chairs are available for an extra fee USD5 per chair per day to be paid directly to the beach staff who maintain the beach to a high standard.

INTERNET
There is high speed Starlink Satellite internet available throughout the property except Room 4.

AC & TV & Music
All the bedrooms including the studio bedroom have AC. There is a big TV in the living room and a big Bluetooth music speaker

The villa has a rich history since Bob Marley and his crew came to Villa Sevilla (VS) to discuss politics and music when the property was first designed and built by a well known Italian builder.

Guest access
The property is gated and very private. Ideally located opposite The Cardiff Hotel and Spa security post. The villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with almond, mango and coconut trees, and is accessed through large electrically controlled gates with parking enough for up to 5 or 6 cars.

SECURITY
The property is very private and in a very safe location opposite a security post for The Cardiff Hotel and Spa in a popular tourist area. We also have a groundsman available at all times who is responsible for security and pool maintenance.
