Hôtel Rue principale de Collierville, Collierville

« Location is great. We stayed here in 2023 and then again this weekend. Staff is great, but hotel could definitely use an upgrade. Hampton is known for their comfy beds, but not so much here. Beds are wore out. Hotel needs to be upgraded, from beds, carpets, furniture to wallpaper!!! Again, a great staff, breakfast ok, location great!! »

« Great experience overall, with the consistently high standard I’ve come to expect from TownePlace Suites. The only downside is that the hotel is located right next to a railway crossing. If you’re a light sleeper, you may be woken up by train horns during the night. Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again. »

« Room was very clean and the A/C was on point. It was quiet at night and the staff was always helpful and greeted us evey time we passed by. We did not have the breakfast but it was nicer to know it was an option. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. I would stay here again. »

« Have not been able to obtain a receipt for my stay. No carts available to take down a ton of luggage and had to make multiple trips. Staff member was rude when I simply asked a question. Hotel smelled of marijuana almost every hall and in the elevators. Would never stay there again »

« Chambre grande est confortable. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son parking sécurisé. A 20 min en voiture de Graceland. »

« Great »

« Très bel hôtel, très propre, personnel super accueillant, piscine agréable, déjeuner varié. »

« Lots of trash in the hallways. The room was needing some tlc. Once in our room and sitting on the toilet, noticed there was no toilet paper. Then the next night they didn’t throw out our trash and didn’t give us fresh towels, although ours were on the floor. »
