Hôtel près de Royden Park (Liverpool)

« The room was quiet and comfortable and everything worked ! , reception staff were friendly and helpful . The only downside was the absence of a hot breakfast »

« Perfect for what we needed. Somewhere to sleep after a gig for a party of five. »

« The wrong room has been given to us : we paid for an en suite room but the one given didn't have a bathroom. When we arrived, we had to wait 15 min for the manager to come to check in. At our check out, we were rudely woke up by someone from the hotel who threatened us to leave, otherwise we'll be charged.. »

« Lovely! Perfect Welsh countryside cabin. »

« The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO. »

« Excellente literie. Très bon emplacement. Piscine très agréable »

« It was all good but it wasn’t brilliant. And I think picking holes in stuff is annoying but this seems the only way to feed back. Arrived early and had to work in lounge because I was flatly told I couldn’t have a room before 3pm. It was fine working there but noisy due to a function nearby. I wasn’t asked at any point if I wanted a drink or lunch which I had to walk up to the bar for. There can only have been 7 people in the lounge. The card machine repeatedly didn’t work. They tried three diff...
