'Were a couple who stayed for one night to attend a concert at Warwick Castle. David was friendly and welcoming on arrival and showed us to Room 4. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and welcoming with good ensuite. The attention to detail was fabulous, fan, hairdryer, toiletries, coffee maker, kettle, various hot beverage options and breakfast was delivered to your door at a time convenient to us. We would 100% book to stay here again - What a find and would highly recommend to anyone...

Steve and Lizzy are super friendly and accommodating - both really kind and helpful sharing info about the local area, and Lizzy made such a lovely homemade breakfast, even catering for me as a vegan, and surprised my partner with a delightful banana blueberry muffin complete with a candle for his birthday - it was above and beyond! 'The hosts are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Bill extensively explained to me what to see in Stratford, while I enjoyed some excellent home made fruitcake. The room is equipped with kettle, lots of tea bags, instant coffee, instant hot chocolate, and biscuits. Breakfast is fabulous with prizewinning home made jams. All together amazing value for £55 single occupancy. Only downside is the slightly long walk to the town centre.'
