'Large condo complex right across the street with private beach access. Front desk has limited hours. Balcony looked at parking lot / pickle bar court. Pool was emptied for the season. Room and bed was nice, some aspects dated but very overall. '

'Not only was the location good and easily accessible, the view is absolutely stunning. It was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the breeze, the sound of the waves, and the beautiful view. The beach itself was superb. The sand is white and soft, probably the best sand I've seen in Florida. The water was clear and warm (even in October). 'We snowbird for the month of January 2026 with 1 couple and had guest periodically stay for a long weekend or for a week Kitchen area and living room was large and there was plenty of space. We had two maintenance issues near the end of our stay, but Jeffry called her handyman and the issues were fixed promptly. Jeffry was great to work with and communication was easy. '

Lots of things to do both inside and outside, access to the beach couldn’t be easier, and the house is well equipped. The property managers are helpful and quick to help with anything you may need.
