« We stayed for one night for a quick stop by in Cheltenham and were totally drawn to the stylish and luxurious finish of the hotel. It’s a super cool destination right in the heart of Cheltenham with a real vibe over the weekend in its bars and restaurants. « Aucun accueil, tout de fait en libre service, car je n'ai vu personne durant tout le sejour dans un hôtel au demeurant tres agréable. A ne pas conseiller aux personnes ayant peur de la solitude et souhaitant être accueilli par du personnel, car il n'y a absolument personne dans l'hôtel. Comme pour le petit déjeuner prévu, mais inexistant. Experience tres bizarre. Pourtant les chambres ont tout le confort. »

« Had an overnight stay here recently and enjoyed it. Plenty of towels, couple of bottles of water in the fridge, good tea/coffee facilities. Shower was very good. Light sleepers may be affected by cars leaving the venue via the gravel car park and the in-room fridge switching on during the night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection of beers to choose from and an option to have dinner there. Separate entrance/exit from the pub entrances, very useful indeed. I would stay here...
