« The room had good space and was clean and staff were friendly. We were there for four days and housekeeping never came in. Online it says they will come every other day but it turns out you have to request it. It would get a better grade if they at least checked the trash and towels. We did enjoy our stay. »

« Not the cleanest. The pool was full of curly black pube hair, I had hair sticking to my hands that was not mine, just felt dirty the whole time. There was dirt in our ice bucket, had to be wiped out. The only working ice machine was on the fourth floor, washing machines and dryers you had to use on different floors due to not working. The dry wall in our bathroom was very poorly patched, trim on the wall was loose and coming off. I will say that their breakfast was amazing, but the coffee was...

« We stayed 5 nights and asked multiple times to get our room cleaned, which it never did. The front desk was happy to give more towels, pillows and blankets. The tv went in and out as it pleased and the tub/shower barely drained. Our concerns continued to go unaddressed. »
