'The apartment is situated yards from the main mall in town and is super convenient. I wondered whether it would be quiet at night and was delighted that it was. The apartment itself was clean and fully functional. We were not short of anything at all. Even clothes-washing tablets were available, and a bottle of wine was in the fridge, too!. The stay at La Esquina (the name of the apartment) was first-class. I highly recommend it. As and when we reutnr we iwill surely see if it is available. Oh!...

'We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. 'the house was noisy and cold, the WiFi was poor, it was constantly cutting out, there was also a daily power outage, so no heating and the refrigerator was not really cold and the hot water boiler was not warm in time to take a normal shower with 2 people . I won't rent this again'
