Kayaks were under house buried under a massive amount of junk and covered with sand and debris. A/C worked on and off. « This community is great, especially if you have kids that need a lot of activity to be entertained. The place itself was clean and had lots of towels and blankets which is nice. The kitchen has a nice set of utensils, pots and pans as well as dishes. Be sure to bring coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer that one is slow. We had a wonderful time and would go back. Last thing to not is the driveway is tiny and a rental car that is anything...

« Nice but one (bunk) room is where the front door is. and no grass outside for dogs. Also no dishwasher. No toiletries provided. Docking boat is a separate fee. I feel like all this info should be listed. Otherwise it’s a nice spot for boating and is clean. »
