'I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again.'

'We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment. They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place.'

'The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. '
