« The location and neighborhood of the apartment are amazing! Walking distance to anything you might want to do with some restaurants really close by. Check in was really easy. A couple of comments: We were only able to get one kitchen burner to work (slight chance that it could have been user error, but couldn’t get one to light) and the “grill” outside needed charcoal, which we would have used but weren’t willing to buy charcoal for, so keep that in mind if you want to cook. « A beautiful house! Our unit was neat and clean. Check in was easy. Our host responded immediately when we messaged prior to arrival and before leaving. It was walking distance to a couple of nice places to eat. Definitely try Nostra Cucina. We bought the Big Bus hop on, hop off tour and walked each day to the third stop. Parking was not an issue, even when we had to move the car for stret cleaning. We would stay again and recommend it. »

« Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

« The house is very clean and the Location is close to DC monuments and the White House, but the neighborhood is one in which you have to be cautious about. All in all, we had a great time.The property manager, Mr Yonas is very good at responding to questions and our every need! »

« Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. The property manager replied on day 1 that they were working on it, but we never heard anything further and it never worked. If these points get resolved, I would recommend this property.
