'This property was in a very clean, safe and nice neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and clean. Very good for 2 seniors with an excellent walk-in shower. Located on the first floor with just a few steps inside the building entrance. Very easy walk to the Metro. Wonderful restaurant (Otis@12) almost next door! '

'We did a last minute booking after having to cancel the careful researched stay planned months ago. Jonathan’s place save the day! The location was amazing, we were able to easily park ( DC easy, but still) we were able to walk in the neighborhood and enjoy restaurants. Jonathan provided so many extras, from toiletries to coffee and ziploc bags. Great location, great place. '

'Super cute neighborhood. Was great for a family. We got groceries and made breakfast and dinners at the house and got lunches on the go when we were out touring. A short walk to capital hill and longer, but still manageable for teens and adults to get to the further monuments. Will miss my morning runs to the Washington Monument and will visit again!'
