An excellent place to enjoy nature and relax in the hot springs, with swimming pool options and the wonderful Rio Quente river that runs through the condominium, exclusively for the use of guests.
Abundant nature all around, with a thermal water river running through the complex.
Very close to Hot Park (700 meters), Pousada do Rio Quente.
In the city you'll find several markets, bakeries, restaurants, a pizzeria, and at night there's a small street market. Inside the condominium there's a restaurant and a snack bar.

One-bedroom apartment with one double bed and air conditioning.
* The room has a sofa bed, an extra double mattress, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning.
* Fully equipped kitchen (Oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, plates, pots, glasses, forks and knives)

The apartment accommodates 4 adults and 1 child up to 11 years old (children under 3 years old are not included in the count).

At the entrance, everyone must present identification documents. Children unaccompanied by their parents need to have authorization with a signature notarized at a registry office.

The condominium uses fees (paid directly at the reception) to help with its maintenance, which are:
- Subsistence allowance: R$10/day per person (mandatory); Children under 11 years old are free.
- Parking: R$ 35.00/day (mandatory only if parking inside the condominium)
