« Pros: Alles was goed voorbereid en ruim aanwezig. Keuken/kook benodigdheden, shampoos, fles wijn, fruitmandje met bananen en appels. Pro-actief en vriendelijk optreden van de host; zo werd verwarming aangezet bij minder goed weer. Cons: Niet van toepassing. We hebben een hele fijne week gehad. »

So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost...

« ok to stay but not recommended: - Bed kept making noise and almost felt apart (fortunately it did not during my stay) - Half shower door missing and the floor was all wet after shower - Room was not well clean, shaved hair and glass fragment found in the shower - The room was in a residential building. The neighborhood is not very suitable for tourist we need to rely on tram to get to the city, but having a large supermarket close by is a plus side »
