'We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you...

'Was sober en met eenvoudige meubilering, en het geheel is niet echt goed onderhouden. De plek is mooi , het zwembad fijn, maar beiden niet echt goed onderhouden.'

'You could not ask for a better location to stay in Avignon, right in the centre of everything but somehow totally peaceful. Kitchen had everything we needed, shops nearby, market also close by and also a fabulous market on a Saturday. Host was very helpful. Two suggested areas of improvement would be a bit of WD40 on the bathroom door and the bed was creaky so made quite a bit of noise when turning over (although still comfortable) Would definitely use again. 'À la suite d'une annonce fausse sur le site, abritel a plutot bien géré une location de rechange . celle-ci a été improvisée à la hâte et l'aménagement s'en ressentait mais en revanche la personne qui a géré notre accueil s'est avérée efficace. Pour une location aux normes (et au prix) il y a pas mal de choses à revoir (changer la literie, revoir l'aménagement de la cuisine, prevoir plutôt une douche à la place de la baignoire, et quelques petits détails auxquels les touristes sont sensibles, et...
