Hôtel près de Restoration Museum (Harpers Ferry)

« I am writing this review based on Room 3. We were very disappointed with the room for many reasons, so much so, we checked out after one night with no expectation of a credit for the unused night. The room and bath are very dated, the bathroom shower curtain is held up with PVC, the toiletries were minimal, the bed creaked with the slightest movement keeping both myself and spouse awake most of the night, the furniture is mismatched and dated, the freezer was frosted over, the coffee was an open...

« Très bon accueil, chambre propre et très bien équipée. Très bon rapport qualité prix. »

« The only thing that was cheap with this motel was the price. Everything else was above average. I recommand it. »

« Séjour agréable, personnel a votre écoute. »

« The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. « We absolutely loved our stay! The property was so cute, cozy, and incredibly clean. It’s within walking distance of a beautiful winery, and you even get a 10% discount just for staying at the bed and breakfast! Such a nice little perk! And Miss Olga makes the BEST omelets! Everything about our stay was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Really welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. »

« Bel hotel, confortable et bien decore. »

« The temperature in the room was set up at 73° and the thermostat was locked. The attendant did not want to unlock it, and I had to demand the owner of the property to be called at which time the key for the box was found, and I was allowed to adjust the temperature in the room. »

« Vu que la reservation a ete faite par expedia.impossible de changer de chambre ,rien niet, nada, pas d,option. Arrange toi, communique avec ton fournisseur. Je vais devoir reviser ma facon de faire a l,avenir »

« Perfect for a one night stay »

« The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, we had an issue with our toilet and somebody immediately came up and fixed it. »

« Most importantly, the cleanliness of the room and the staff were absolutely excellent. We stayed in the Hawthorn North Suite. Room: I would have enjoyed a firmer mattress. My wife had no complaints, but I had to place a pillow under my legs for back comfort. The soaking tub was quite nice; however, only one person could fit in the tub and there were no built-in water or air jets. Cottage: There was a beautiful, in-tune piano to which we had access. There was also a pool table in the...
