'The host had clear details and a lot of helpful information sent before we arrived. Checking in was easy and the beach chairs and cooler was a huge benefit to use during our stay!'

'Probably the nicest view I have ever experienced at a resort. The entire property is stunning. The food was excellent , especially so at Welina Terrace. They could use a little work on the service, no major complaints, but a few hiccups. The staff is very friendly and makes every effort for there guest's. The rooms are nice, but are quite small. For me, the beds were too soft. The views are so stunning at this property , that any minor deficiencies are immediately forgotten.'

'The resort is lovely, the onsite restaurant was exceptional! The unit we stayed in, sadly, needs a lot of updates and general cleaning. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the furniture old and worn. We would stay there again, but in a different unit. '

'The view from the room was amazing. We could see the sunrise from bed each morning and even enjoyed watching the rain and surf during a storm. We can't wait to come back.'

'It was like staying in a damp college dorm that was under construction. They did tell me the lobby was under construction but the whole place is. It is so damp all of my clothes felt wet and I had to walk around in flip flops even at night. I asked for a softer pillow because I have a head injury and I was told no sorry that’s all they have available. The room never felt clean and there was no light. You could barely see to do things. I would have moved hotels if we were there for longer.'

'The Kauai Marriott is a beautiful place to stay. The room was very nice and comfortable and although there is no kitchen there is a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The ocean view was fabulous. The staff there is exceptional and friendly. There is shopping and great restaurants nearby. They also provide a free airport shuttle service. I highly recommend this place.'
