'Very new and very nice. Out of everything it was just as it should be! One thing I would recommend is to remove the big tree in front of the sauna as that would make for a beautiful view. But this is only a recommendation. Everything was great.'

'Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place! '

'Onze eerste keer in Oostenrijk. En we vonden het fantastisch. Onder meer door het verblijf in het grafenberg resort. Bij aankomst zijn we vriendelijk onthaald. Het appartement was proper en alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. De grote ramen in het appartement geven een extra ruim gevoel. Het eten was lekker en voldoende variatie. Het was een fijn, proper en kindvriendelijk verblijf. Wij komen zeker nog terug. '

'The apartment was very clean and large. With up to 6 personer being able to stay there. Two bathrooms was excellent. With a trampoline and a pool just outside made a large positive difference for the youngest kids. The pool was maintained daily and nicely clean. Also very convenient to have a pizzaria/restaurant right below the apartment. Very nice staff. Considering the price, I highly recommend this place. '

There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. Property owners seemed confused, stating that they had withdrawn from Hotels.com and then stating that our booking was safe, then refunding us the...
