Flats in Babcock Ranch Preserve

'The place was very clean! comfortable. Loved the little screened in patio-we sat out there almost the whole time when were there.... so close to the Country Club-we don't golf but if we did that would've been amazing! Pool area is very nice and the all the neighbors were super friendly! 10/10 -will definitely stay there again. :) '

'residential neighborhood, adjacent to an elementary school. close to downtown FT Myers and about 1/2 hour to beaches and Jet Blue ballpark. No direct access to the pool from the lanai. complex is average. walls are thin, had some noisy neighbors with music and a barking dog most days. Owner was responsive. '

'Place was super clean and any questions were immediately answered! Location was great for walking to downtown. Loved the addition of beach chairs, towels, etc to make our day super convenient! We will definitely look to book again!!'
