'Veramente molto comodo e pulito '

'Very nice and warm 'Brasilian' residence to stay. It is not 'the typical hotel' we all know. At the lobby bar Salsa music is playing , cocktails are served, staff is very nice (thanks Lettitia). The hotel is also close to the metro and rooms are very clean. I could also park my car in their garage, also an extra advantage. in one word , all was PERFECT.'

'Conveniently located short distance from Isator stop and walking distance to the town center. Very clean. Air condition would be nice for the hot summer but the fan in the room is adequate. Be aware that the front door requires a very hard yank to open after punching in the access code'

'Ruime kamer, schoon! Keukenkastje hing scheef en moest opgetild worden om dicht te kunnen en wc knop lag er bijna af maar als dit opgelost wordt is t een prima kamer! Met raam open hoor je veel verkeer maar met ramen dicht was het prima te doen. Goede locatie ten opzicht van CS. '

The one I had (002) was on the ground floor, with windows on two corners, with a view of and from a work place and the back of a bar or something. So absolutely no privacy. Cooking is possible in principle, but a sign says you have to open the window. Otherwise the fire alarm might go off and there would be a huge bill from the fire department to pay.
