« The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion. »

« Host was very helpful, a nice relatively quiet spot just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean Blvd, friendly neighborhood. Very clean, with a nice view of the sunset. »

« We had a great stay overall! The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the property itself was amazing – clean, comfortable, spacious, and very quiet. We had read some comments about bugs and cleanliness issues, but in our experience (mid-August) the house was literally spotless, and we didn’t see a single bug. That said, we were a bit disappointed to find that some of the main amenities advertised were not available. The swimming pool and spa were both empty, and the fire pit was blocked off....

« La propriété est bien situé, ressemble à une cabane à oiseaux. Annonce mentionne pour 6 personnes, mais n'avait pas de draps pour les 2 lits des "futons". Nous avons du se couvrir avec nos serviettes de plage. Puisque le gestionnaire de l'endroit nous a répondu qu'il n'était pas en service. De plus 2 rouleaux de papiers de toilette pour 5 personnes / 4 jours.. insuffisant. Pas vraiment envie de récrire à l'hôte à la suite de sa dernière réponse. La cuisiner bien rénové, mais le reste...

« This house is very comfortable, well stocked and immaculate. We spent a week here at the first of August. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in Portsmouth. I would happily stay here again. »

« We just had amazing week at Ediola seaside home. The house was immaculate and fit all our needs - the bedrooms were comfortable and having the 2 couches was great for our family of 6. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect distance. Parking was also great and easy. Seamless check in. Kitchen had all we needed as well. »

« Notre séjour a été tout simplement parfait !! La maison est charmante et très chaleureuse. Nous nous sommes sentis “chez-nous” dès notre arrivée. Tout était parfaitement propre, les lieux tels qu’indiqués dans l’annonce et notre arrivée facile avec les informations fournies par le locateur au préalable. La maison est à quelques pas de la plage et du boardwalk. Toute la famille a adoré les vacances et je recommande fortement cette location !! Merci beaucoup ! »

« We booked this home for family visiting for a wedding. The group appreciated the comfortable rooms with nice private rooms, a bunk room, and a lovely large room with a beautiful window overlooking the wooded back yard. The group especially loved using the hot tub and the theater room!! It made their visit feel special and we appreciated the close proximity to our event. »

« Hosts were very nice and property was beautiful! The lake view was amazing and serine. There were 4 adults visiting family locally and plenty of room! There was security doors which made us feel safe! My only recommendation is the beds were like sleeping on a sidewalk! When staying away from home, it is hard to sleep, so a more comfortable mattress would have been nice. »
