'Property is advertised as being on the canal. It is not on the canal. Property is up on the 5th floor with no elevator. I advised the owner that I was injured but no assistance was offered to help with the bags up the stairways. It is quite a task, especially when injured. The place was not in great shape with loose cords all over the place. There were clothes in the wardrobe. There was partially eaten food in the fridge and the fridge needed a clean. 'We enjoyed the apartment very clean and accurate listing. We have a couple of suggestions going forward:1) the shower in master bathroom moves around during shower time. 2) have shower gel and soap in shower. 3) better description for garbage; ie. recycling items and where to place them. 4) better instructions for stovetop. We needed to use YouTube videos to determine how to operate stovetop. I requested a late check out. Received an approval with no further explanation. On day of departure...

'Vibrant neighborhood full of activity. Well situated to beach and parks with just a 5 minute walk to the metro, market and a range of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Apartment well supplied and comfortable. We appreciated most the little balcony and the comfy bed linens. Lastly, there always seemed to be friendly staff around to help with questions. This is a great neighborhood and building and we highly recommend it for value and amenities. We’ll be back to friendly Copenhagen! '

'Spacious accommodations with a kitchen and separate area with bed. It was in a good location and was clean and welcoming. There was laundry available in a separate area downstairs from the courtyard. This was easy to use but busy. Wifi worked well. Couple things to note though: Pull out couch is not comfortable and extra linens were not readily available so no extra duvet covers or pillow cases were stocked until after we made the request. 'We absolutely loved August’s apartment. It was spacious and the roof deck was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure. August was very attentive and communicative and was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The ONLY downside was that it is a sixth floor walk up which was not in the online listing. I have a bad knee, so 94 stairs between the street and the apartment was a bit rough. '
