'Wat een verrassing, dit hotel. Kleinschalig, maar brandschone, comfortabele kamers. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar prima en voldoende. Loopafstand naar het strand ongeveer 10 minuten. Snorkelspullen en strandhanddoeken gratis te gebruiken. Medewerkers supervriendelijk en steeds bereid om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Vooraf via WhatsApp contact gehad en afspraken gemaakt. Snelle reactie. Zelden zo naar mijn zin gehad in een hotel!'

'We've spend three nights at this hotel. It's well located, the room was spacious and the bed was good. The staff was friendly, but for several times we repeatedly had to ask for laundry service (7 times!) and room cleaning. '

'We zijn eerder op het eiland Maafushi geweest maar voor het eerst in Kaani beach hotel. Deze accommodatie is een prima plek op Maafushi en lekker aan het strand. Een klein min puntje is dat de bedjes tegen betaling zijn. Dit komt omdat dat van een andere uitbater is. Maar tegen een tarief van een drankje zijn de bedjes en parasol gratis dus een prima deal. Aan het zwembad boven op het dak zijn de bedjes wel gewoon gratis.'

'When I arrived at the property. The television was broken. I was not informed that it was broken before my arrival nornwas I informed the sla was under maintenance. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do. I feel like the hotel should have given us a percentage off of what I paid becuase we had amenities that were not working. Normally I would not watch TV but due to bad weather I...

'Vandhanen duede ikke og der var skimmelsvamp flere steder på værelset. Personalet var under alt kritik og der blev ikke gjort rent på værelset selvom vi bad om det. De opkrævede ekstra penge for at være to personer, hvilket vi ikke var blevet informeret om.'

'Very friendly staff, trying to provide the best service to their customers. A very warm welcome with a complimentary drink, explanations about the hotel, the island, trips, ... Food was tasty and fresh. The room with city view was OK, good A/C, in my opinion a little dark because some other rooms located next to ours, so if you want some privacy you need to close the curtains. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the friendly staff and the great food!'

'Veli is an amazing resort to visit. I cannot say enough about the staff at Veli. They were all so attentive to our needs and did everything in their capabilities to keep us happy. I really appreciated the management cocktail party because it gave us a chance to meet everyone who makes Veli such a wonderful experience. Loved Rifau, Prem, Ruth, and all the others who made our experience possible. '

'Momentan ist neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle, die aber nicht sehr störend ist, ab und zu etwas laut. Aber ansonsten ein sehr netter Manager, der sich um alles kümmert, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr guter Service, tolle Aussicht. 'The beach villa is nice. Close to a small beach. You can walk to any place from the room, but the facility sends you a buggy to pick you up and drop you anywhere you like. The room is clean, the staff is super friendly at all times. Balcony faces the beach but there is some green and some trees in between. Still nice private room.'

'Great place to stay - THE place at Gulhi. The only issue is the construction work next to the hotel (8.00-16.30 daily). Not a big issue for us. Very friendly staff and great service at the hotel (would recommend half/full board). Twice housekeeping per day is great! '
