The staff were consistently kind and professional. The room they put me in had electrical issues where the breaker would regularly flip, causing all of the light in my room to go out and then would reset ~5 minutes later. This would abruptly turn all of the lights on at inconvenient times, like when I was trying to sleep. I notified the front desk and they had it fixed inside of an afternoon. One thing that put me off was finding hundreds of ants in portions of the buffet food at breakfast time, though this only happened once in the time I was there. Bedding seemed uncomfortable.
