'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'Rooms are great, staff is amazing, but seriously, EAT AT THE RESTAURANT. I know, it’s like “oh, it’s the hotel restaurant, whatever”. I kid you not, the restaurant is AWESOME. The French toast breakfast is particularly good, as are the prime rib sliders and fries. '

'Een heerlijk hotel. Het voelt erg goed vanaf dag 1. Er zijn overal vrolijke murals aangebracht. Bus haltes net buiten het terrein. Veel parkeerplekken. Winkels en eetgelegenheden op een korte afstand met eigenvervoer, bus of met Lyft. Er zijn wasmachines en drogers aanwezig. Het personeel is super en zorgt voor een aangenaam verblijf. Wij zijn 5 dagen gebleven en zullen zeker terug gaan als we weer in Tucson zijn. Tucson zelf is ook erg prettig en de inwoners zeer vriendelijk '

'Breakfast was excellent. No rubber eggs, fresh croissants and excellent coffee. Room was spacious and decorated tastefully. Bed was king sized and very comfortable. Bathroom had a handicapped shower, and its easy access was appreciated by my 80 year old body.'
