Hôtel près de Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden (Los Angeles)

« Kitchen counters were dirty in our rooms when we checked in and had not been wiped down. Bathrooms were not well stocked, and didn’t have extra toilet paper or toiletries you typically find at other residence inns. Location is close to the village however the hotel is right next to the freeway and you can hear traffic and cars all night »

« All good »

« Chambre propre et spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner. Emplacement safe. »

Parking self »

« Hotel under refurbishment . He had a very large room with 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 large bathroom and a living room that fits perfectly our party of 5. The breakfast has all you need to start the day. Unfortunately it’s was very windy this night and the window has shaked the whole night so we cannot sleep. If they fix it maybe we will came back. »

« This property was convenient and generally very nice place to stay, However, I took off a couple stars due to a myriad of rather small issues that could have been better. For example, when we arrived we immediately noted an overhead light not working. Maintenance quickly took care of that but it is something that the housekeeping staff should have noticed. The biggest gripe was that the King size bed was way too high, especially for a short person (had to crawl in headfirst) - it was even...

« Tres agréable qualite prix cest correct On recommande cet hotelle a 100 % »

« I stayed at this hotel over Halloween weekend and enjoyed my stay. I was able to use the hot tub, laundry mat, and free shuttle from Ontario Airport. My only hiccup was that I called early that day to be picked up at the airport, and the shuttle arrived about 15 minutes late. The studio is spacious for two people. I enjoyed delicious home-cooked meals. The bedding is comfortable, and they provided hypoallergenic bedding. Another note to make about the room is that the blackout roll-down curtains...

« Nice place. Bar staff was friendly. Room was a good size, and I feel like it could've had a loveseat in it. »
