Absolutely disappointing stay — not worth the price.
First off, check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, yet we didn’t get our room until 5:30 PM because the previous guests had a “late 4 PM checkout.” Why would you even allow a late checkout when the room is already reserved? That’s poor planning and completely disrespectful of your guests’ time. To make matters worse, we didn’t even get the room we originally booked—I accepted a different one just to avoid waiting longer. The $15 voucher offered for the inconvenience was more insulting than helpful. Apparently, our time and patience are worth next to nothing here.
Secondly, one set of elevators was out of service, but there was no sign indicating that. The doors just kept opening and closing on their own like something out of a paranormal movie. That’s not quirky—it’s unsafe and unprofessional.
Then there was the fire alarm issue. It kept going off, then stopping, then going off again. No communication from staff, no clarity on whether it was an emergency or another mishap. It’s hard to take safety seriously when management clearly doesn’t.
Lastly, the entire property is under renovation, but the prices don’t reflect that. If you’re going to charge premium rates, then deliver premium service—not dust, noise, and chaos.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until it learns how to operate with basic professionalism.
