The Grand Apartment lives up to its name. Perched on the first floor of the iconic Silo, it has sweeping views across Raglan Harbour, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen, ideal for relaxing or entertaining.

Within the historic Golden Bay Cement Silos on Raglan Harbour Wharf, this expansive apartment is designed in a contemporary New York loft style with curated artistic details, combining modern comfort with industrial elegance. Wraparound windows capture the harbour views. The generous deck off the master bedroom is a front-row seat to golden hour and sunsets, while the lower deck is a sunny, sheltered spot for outdoor dining.

The apartment sleeps up to four: the master has a king bed and the mezzanine has a queen bed. The downstairs bedroom entry has no closing door, only an open walkway to the lounge. Other features include two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a pool table. The queen bedroom sits on an open mezzanine above the living area, so it is not suitable for children under 12 (the mezzanine and interior ladders are a hazard).

We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and laundry powder. You will have the entire apartment, outdoor area and a double parking space. Free Wi-Fi is included, and the Smart TV runs apps only (Netflix, Neon, YouTube, On Demand), so bring your own logins.

Right on Raglan Wharf, opposite Tony Sly Pottery and Wharf Fish and Chips, with The Wharf Kitchen and Bar across the way, it is a 12-minute stroll or 2-minute drive to the town centre. Browse the boutiques, enjoy a drink at The Wharf Cafe or jump aboard the Wahine Moe sunset cruise in summer. Surfers will love Manu Bay, while Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay suit swimming and kayaking.

- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
