'This place had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay on the island. They provided beach chairs and umbrella which was perfect. They provided drinking water as well as coffee and a coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked fantastic. 'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'
