The Space:
This modern one-bedroom studio is a serene base for your Queenstown adventures. Featuring a flexible bedding configuration of either a king or two single beds, it's ideal for couples or two friends. The open-plan layout includes a full kitchen, and lounge area, all warmed by natural light and mountain views from the balcony. The studio also has a private bathroom and all the essentials for a relaxing stay, including fast WiFi and heating.

Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom: 1 King Bed (can be split into 2 Singles)*
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Items:
We can provide a portacot, high chair, and baby bath for $50. Please request at least 3 days before arrival.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire private studio. This is not a shared space.

The only shared space is the entrance hallway.

The Neighborhood:
Close to the Airport, local cafes, trails, and outdoor attractions.

17-minute drive to Queenstown town center (9.4 km)
5 minutes to Queenstown Airport (2.2 km)
6 minutes to Lake Wakatipu (2.4 km)
22 minutes to The Remarkables Ski Area (10.6 km)

House Rules:
Maximum of 2 guests
At least one guest must be over the age of 25
No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.
3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5
Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
