'It’s a very cute house, very clean, and was perfect for our girl’s get away. Great location. Close to beaches, and walk distance to places to eat. It’s on a street that is busy at certain times of the day but when you go inside the property’s fencing, it is like your own special place. '

'The cottage was very cute and very affordable. It says that 8 could stay there, but I wouldn't recommend any more than 6. The common areas were a little crowded when we had all 6 guests out there. There is room for parking for 2 vehicles but any more than that, including having guests visit, would be very difficult as street parking is very crowded. 'We were in San Diego to explore colleges with our son and to get to know the area to see if our son could see himself living here. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city...

'Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden in a delightful, quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Parking was easy and A/C worked great.Lots of wildlife too! Didnt feel like we were in the city at all, but convenient to everything we needed. Great little grocery store a block and a half away. Also really good pizza a couple of blocks away. '
