'The hotel is really old. It feels darker than it should be because of the colors, poor lighting, old elevators. Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke. The second room was better, but the smell in the hallways and rooms was old and musty. Not much fresh or circulated air.'

'The staff was terrible I paid 30$ extra for early check in when we arrived at 3:00 they said our room wasn’t ready told them I paid 30$ for early check in the man at the desk said oh that’s not a thing.. ????
