'Cleaning issues—-HVAC vent was blowing out black sooty material all over the bed closest to the vent. Not realizing this until night, I tried to cover the source with a pillow case. I left a note for housekeeping to address with management. The room should have been renovated, carpet smell of wet dog. Customer service was good at check in. Not staffed when I departed.'

'Room assigned had shower that leaked all over bathroom floor. Front desk placed us in another room next day with no problem. I realized 2 days later that I didn’t have a pair of shoes. I went front desk again thinking I either forgot them from home or just left them in room we moved from. They had housekeeping check and found my shoes! All staff very helpful.'

'Stayed for a few days while travelling. I booked the room almost three months prior but on the morning of the check in I got a call saying they no longer had the room I had reserved, but would downsize my room but not receive any compensation. We realized after we got there that they had taken our room to give to a large group of people who had showed up day of and wanted rooms all in a row. 'This is a nice hotel and we really liked the fitness center. The room was large and nicely equipped. Couple of small things that made us downgrade from excellent: the bath and shower combination is very obsolete and not user friendly. Also, we were unable to fully close the curtains to filter out street lights.
