'We checked in late and were really hungry. We just missed the kitchen at the hotel bar. Mark was super friendly and helpful. He gave us some warm yummy cookies and gave a great recommendation for a pub down the road that had a kitchen that was open late. The room was very clean and updated. We slept like babies as the bed was very comfortable. I went to use the gym in the morning and couldn’t find it right away, the staff was so attentive and helped me locate it. 'The room was immaculate!!! The staff at the hotel were amazing but I will NEVER use hotels.com to book a room again. I had to extend my stay by one night and Hotels.com made it so difficult to add the night….there is literally no real person to talk to when an issue comes up!! The staff at the front desk were beyond helpful in dealing with the extra night. '

'Staff was great! We requested the first floor and while we could have chosen the 3 o 4 th. Renovated floors, we wanted easy access to our car. Our children live in Hopkinton so we like the easy in and out of that floor. That being said the room was clean and comfortable! We always stay here when we come to visit our Children ! And, the chocolate cookies are amazing treats for all guests.'
