'Bij het in het inchecken leek het alsof alles te veel was. De vriendelijkheid was ver te zoeken. De kamer was ook erg donker en rook muf. Het ontbijt hield ook niet echt over. De keuze was dan ook zeer beperkt. Al met al een hotel die erg donker en vergaande glorie uitstraalt. Parkeren was wel prima voor het hotel. Aan de zijkant stonden buiten 4 enorme airco’s die 24/7 draaiden. Het geluid was duidelijk te horen in de kamers.'

'The water container in the lobby sat for 2 and half days. It had fruit in it so it was rancid. You say you are dog friendly but charge for dogs and say they must be carried everywhere within the building? The rooms were dirty in the bathrooms and along the entryway walls. The entire stay on 2nd floor smelled so strongly of weed it was ridiculous. I will not be staying here again nor will I put any of my employees in the hotel, nor endorsing it.'

'I didnt really look at the room in detail on the site so I had no idea there was a stove, dish washer and full refrigerator in the room they even have plates spoons and forks I had no clue so I recommend bringing some pots and pans and purchase some groceries and save yourself some money on restaurant food lol overall my experience at sonesta was great the linens were clean the bed was comfy and service was good.'
