I think there's mold and the air smelled like moist mildew in my room. I woke up with respiratory issues and had to leave but the hotel management was very unhelpful in getting me checked out and giving a refund since it was booked through a 3rd party.

Best wifi connection I've had in 3 weeks in India. Breakfast was good. Hot water & AC both worked well. Room was good, but my only complaint is that the bathroom smelled terrible.

Budget hotel close to Gate of India

In a good area for eating and not far from Gate of India. We didn’t eat breakfast here as others said it was slow and not so good. Check if there will be stairs if you have mobility problems. We were pretty happy here

Clean, good value, really close to train station.

Very clean hotel conveniently close to the train station. Bring earplugs as the blast of train horns could wake up light sleepers. For early risers, breakfast isn't served until probably 8AM, even though signage says 7AM.

1) Hot water is available only during morning hours from 6am - 11 am. This is not advertised or written in a note. In a hotel with tariffs like this, they should provide 24*7 hot water. 2) Airport hotel shuttle- when i called an hours before my departure i was asked why didn't you tell us 12 hours before? They failed to provide the service against the advertised amenities. 3) My reservation was done through Expedia and was changed latter by adding a person and paying more. However, this was not reflected in there sales or reception records. They kept on bugging me even after two days of stays that, I have made payment for 2 people only while we are staying 3 members in our 3 beds room allotted to us. They also asked us to pay for 3rd person for breakfast before clearing out confusion on there end. Latter after 3 days, the confusion on there end was cleared. My expectation was when they are not sure about their records, Hotel management should refrain from communication with customer. This was completely unprofessional. 4) Wifi was available and i was able to connect to it. The only catch was there was no internet though wifi network was available.

Good hotel near to Pune Rly Station

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Pune Rly Station Back entrance. The service is very prompt. The veg restaurant attached to the hotel serves tasty food.

Decent Business Hotel in a very good location

I booked a room with a double bed as advertised on the Hotels.com for a 1 night business stay. However, upon reaching, the hotel very cooly informed me that I booked the single room and insisted the amount was for that room while the double bed room would cost more. I had to escalate the matter and call Hotels.com customer service to help resolve the issue. The hotel moved me to a double bed but after a fair bit of insistence. To their credit, reception and management was courteous through the process.

Nice but loud outside

The hotel was in a very good condition and I was happy with my room, bathroom and cleanness. Unfortunately it was a bit far away to the place I was traveling every day, although when choosing it it seemed much closer. It was also a bit loud: as it is close to the railway station, I could hear all trains passing by and waiting and horning at the station. It was indeed a bit problematic so I had to sleep with earplugs every night. I found it very nice and customer oriented that the manager was calling my room every other day to get to know how my stay was going and if all was ok. But at the same time it was the only person speaking English, so whenever I needed something and this manager was not present, I almost couldn't communicate or ask for help to anyone else. The last thing - the restaurant: breakfast was poor and indian style, I missed some more choice of fruits or bread. Other meals during the day or for dinner: tasty, but expensive. The staff was really nice and kind but once I found 2 black male hairs in my dinner. I told the manager, but he seemed not to care or he didn't understand English well enough as I didn't get any answer or action on that :-)

Just entered the Hotel. Reception Not too well lit up. checked into the room. Room was of decent size.Comfortable bed but Mattress was not clean. Had to ask the Housekeeping to change it. Room service is not 24 hours so could not even get Tea/coffee till 730 in the morning. Same with utilities like iron,iron board etc. Air conditioning worked fine. Attentive staff. Stay was short so no complaints as such...

Poor quality of service with great breakfast

The guys there are too reluctant having a ' semi professional' attitude. Lack of coordination between themselves creates unnenecessary confusions and embarrassing situations. As per location and room quality, its acceptable. Great complimentary buffet breakfast with south indian dishes. I am a calcuttan and a non veg lover as such, south indian dishes are my fourth love...after mughlai, bengali and chinese..But honestly speaking I had become a fan of the cooking quality of this hotel's chefs over the south indian dishes.. especially the utthapam, vada, aloo paratha, poha, etc. They have changed the definitions of the dishes to me.. hats off to the chefs. But when the lunch and dinner time comes, no south indian dishes...and the quality falls directly from the sky to straight into a gutter. Horrible quality and quantity compared to the price. Hope this will help. Overall its ok except the casual approach of some of the reception guys.

HOTEL MADHAV : à éviter ABSOLUMENT !

à fuir. sur place, on nous a demandé de repayer après avoir reçu pourtant la confirmation d'expedia. équipe de direction nulle (réceptionniste neuneu, directeur malaimable). draps tachés dans les chambres, pas d'eau chaude (dans chambre deluxe !). Points positifs : le personnel (gentil) et la modernité des chambres. bonne situation aussi (près de la gare)
