'pool are not open, so paying for room with room+pool charge are expensive. Trying to call before booking but not pick up. very dissappointed because the main objective are to bring the kids to the "hotel" and playing pools.'

'had some issues checking in as the property was located in the middle of a residential area with inadequate signs. it was very airbnb-esqe, genuinely thought that we were screwed when we could not find the property after driving a few rounds. when we did find the property via a faded sign, there was no number on the sign to call as this property was not manned at all. to be fair they did whatsapp a message beforehand but it appeared as a foreign number and we do not entertain unsolicited...
