'The room was clean, the staff were very nice, and because we stayed during Ramadan they offered us free iftar instead of the free breakfast, and it was delicious.
The only issue we had were that the shuttle was unavailable the first couple days, so don't depend on it if you plan to stay here '

'Je suis très content de mon séjour à l’hôtel Rotana Al Manakha à Médine.
L’accueil est extrêmement professionnel, les chambres sont d’une propreté impeccable et l’hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité de la Mosquée An-Nabawi.

'Nice hotel. Staff could be trained better in dealing with checkin and providing service for customers (like arranging a taxi). Before checkout I asked for a taxi but the reception employee said there are enough outside. Around 7 AM I could not find an official taxi. Room is very clean although more attention could be paid to cleaning certain areas of the shower like the wash bin. '

'Very clean property and spacious rooms. Staff on the ground floor are really helpful especially Saim. Only issues I had is that most of the bidet showers were broken and leaking due to low quality fixings. Internet was a little intermittent and was not stable. Plenty of shops and food places (inc McDonald’s) within a 5 min walking distance. The drive to the Haram is no more than 10-15 minutes purely due to the excessive roadworks taking place in and around the Masjid E Nabawi. Overall great stay...

'Although this hotel is slightly away from masjid an Nabawi and not easy to walk to because of the motorway, you can book a taxi and it’s not expensive. This accommodation is really good for the price and the staff are friendly. It is clean and you get complimentary towels, toiletries, sachets of coffees and teas with kettle and there’s a fridge in the room. There are a few shops nearby to get drinks and food and there’s a local masjid to pray'
