All-inclusive hotels in Puget Sound

'The area felt a bit sketchy. The gentleman who checked us in told us nothing about the hotel. But overheard a nice lady explaining everything to another couple. We were a bit in the dark. Didn’t know about free coffee, water etc also I believe there is a sitting on top of the hotel. Wish we would have known about that also. The gentleman needs to explain these things to people. The hotel was profit where it was located and had no breakfast.'

'We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car.'

'This is a motel. There are no elevators. I am a senior citizen with mobility challenges and heavy luggage. I was booked on the 3rd floor. The check in clerk carried my luggage upstairs for me and someone was sent to carry my luggage down for check out. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was a long strand of hair on the beautifully folded towel. The bathtub and sink fixtures (faucets) were old and corroded. The blinds in the window didn’t fit.
