'Excellence club was our favorite! Best meals at Magna restaurant inside the club. Bartender Jorge was amazing! He had our drinks ready as soon as he saw us enter the club. 'The hotel is 35-40 minutes North from Cancun airport. It is within a complex of different hotels so you have to pass through two security gates, having the feel of being a very secure place. Since we got there, the service was excellent and the staff super friendly, from the lobby to the waiters at the beach, everybody was helpful at any issue that could come up. There was a day that I forgot my iPhone in one of the beach chairs and when realizing an hour after, they already picked up everything...

'The beach was amazing! The infinity pool was great also! It’s a quiet location and close to a great restaurant for our Free breakfast! Rooms were ok (just old cement, not sealed or able to clean well-bathroom especially) but having air conditioning was a bonus! The BEST part of this property is Lily the manager! She checked on us many times and helped me Immensely when I forgot my passport in the closet in the room! I appreciate her helpfulness and it saved me an hour of time. I...
