'I stayed here in early April 2026. Pros: Food was okay to good. The buffet restaurant had a good mix of food with a theme for each day. Mayan day was yummy. Ala carte Mediterranean restaurant had beautiful views. Poolside ice creams enjoyable. Junior suite was spacious. Daily delivery of drinks to put in mini fridge appreciated. Check in/out was easy. Cons: no one serviced my room when asked (4 day stay). Commons areas were dirty (elevators, walls, doors, cloth seating). Room smelled strongly...

'The room was not what you would expect from a 5 star. The supposed double bed was closer to a single bed and the humidity in rooms led to pillows + sheets being damp all the time. No amount of AC, ceiling fan or anything could help. The elevators kept going out of service throughout the trip and the AC in the elevators wasn’t working many times. The food at resort wasn’t good and we kept leaving to eat at the strip. I never leave reviews but I feel the need to because somehow all reviews before...

'9/10 review. We will visit again. Basically only one restaurant. Very good food though. One “bar” didn’t open until 5 with snack food. Small Italian restaurant didn’t open until 5 also. And they don’t serve alcohol until 11. I’m in an all exclusive resort I want to start drinking at 10 AM. Rooms were cleaned everyday, stocked with water, soda, beer, towels. Whatever you needed. Staff was very friendly, everyone said hi when you walked bye them. Would definitely recommend and visit again. '

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
