« Beaucoup de moisissures partout très mal entretenu. Personnel vraiment bête. Ma carte de la chambre devait être rechargée tout les jours. Menu du restaurant très cher et très limité en choix. Déjeuner toujours froid. Café infecte. Piscine qui ferme trop tôt. Pour le prix très decu »

« L’hôtel n’est pas vraiment terminé, les ascenseurs sont en cours d’installation La clim dans les chambres ne fonctionnait pas Les chambre sont propres mais la construction du bâtiment est faite en dépit du bon sens Pour le petit déjeuner vous avez droit à du café instantané à emporter Seuls bon points le lit confortable et le personnel accueillant Bien trop cher pour la prestation mais comme tous les hôtels au Guyana »

« I stayed here for a 3 day business trip. Proximity to my meetings was key for me. Price point was good, rooms are compact, clean and comfortable. Restaurant is on site. The breakfast is limited, didn’t get to try lunch and the dinner had good options. »

« The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom. »

The building was clean and secure and I loved the location! Smooth check-in even though it was the middle of the night. Would recommend and will definitely be staying here again. »

« On April 7th I checked into the hotel. Upon arrival I paid with my credit card for the stay until April 10 total 89340 Guyana dollars, the receipt number is 7610. That same day I checked in the Manager came into my unit 101 with two glasses full of alcohol and she put a tablet in the glass saying that it will cool my skin. I passed out for a long time but my money was missing 1000 USD when I woke up. I continued my stay until my family picked me up. That money was for the orphanage I grew up in....

« To say this place needs a complete makeover would be an understatement. The photos on the site were not what the apartment looked like. The furniture was plastic-made. The "stove" was a hot plate placed on a plastic table. There was exposed wiring, the walls needed painting/ cleaning, and there was visible residue on the walls. The pillows were so flat and overused that they could not support a human head to sleep. There is no 24-hour front desk staff as stated. The building has no generator as...

« Julian s'est montré très serviable (appel de taxis) et disponible pour des conseils et la guesthouse est idéalement placée, à 15mn à pied du coeur historique de Georgetown dans un quartier calme. Les matelas sont confortables et les chambres ventilées mais la salle de bain est en deça des attentes pour 45€ la nuit (pas d'eau chaude, pression trop faible au lavabo, robinets de douche bricolés, protection de cuvette WC mal fixée...). « Upon arrival Mar.3, we were shown rm. 303. AC and TV did not work. No safety box in room. We were moved to 301 . Safety bax locked. No key available to open it. On Mar.4, elevator broke down with us on the inside, and the door was locked. No power to elevator.Used my phone to call front desk.No towels were in the room. On Mar.5, night desk clerk opened our door after 11pm We were saved by the safety chain. We felt he was going to rob us. »

« Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. »
