« The building is in a great location. Parking and check-in were easy. The only thing I didn't care for was the tv turning itself on several times throughout the night. Would recommend as long as you don't mind a friendly ghost! »

« The main issue with this hotel is the NOISY elevator. I shared a room with my brother and nephew. We did not sleep good at all. We heard the elevator all night. I am not sure if the elevator is just old and wore out or if the cables need greasing or what. It is very disruptive. They have two elevators but one didn't work and was out of order. « I stay at the Hotel Indigo in Five Points often and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the area has a lot to offer. The only negative from this trip was that none of the ice makers on any of the floors were working, so I had to get ice from the bar. After jumping multiple floors (the elevator automatically returns to the lobby once you exit), what should've been a quick errand turned into 15 minutes just to get ice. It didn't deter my trip...

« This room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. TV falling off the wall. Baseboards look like years of build up. Pubic hair in bed. No sheet beneath the blanket. Did not supply bedding for pull out even though they knew we have 4 occupants. Supplied only one washcloth and 3 towels. Holes in the towels, and they looked dirty. Never provided additional requested towels and washcloths. Two people didn't stay. They slept on the floor of a hotel room with a friend, rather than sleeping on the...
