'Overall, we had a nice stay. We booked this property because the close proximity to our son‘s wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner at Liberty on the lake. The inside of the home was clean, and it matched the listing. The location worked well for our group, and we enjoyed our time there!!However, I do think future guests should be aware that the property could benefit from better maintenance. The outdoor areas, particularly the dock and steps, have several rotted boards. One other thing to be...

'We were bringing our daughter to Orientation for USC and were thrilled to be so close to the campus yet a world away at the lake. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to make and enjoy our meals while looking out over the lake. We especially enjoyed playing pool and ping pong as well as kayaking. We were very thankful for the extra fans and cool air conditioning. Kerri was quick to respond to any needs we had and very kind.'

'This was just a quick overnight stop for my party of 9. There was plenty of space for everyone. I would say this property needs some TLC and a deep clean. The cost for one night was far more than the property warranted, in my opinion.'

'Stay was amazing, I'd stay again, but I would bring my own pans, those pans in the house I'd consider an embarrassment and would never feed my family off those. I was sad the can opener was broken. Overall for how much it costs the toilet paper and paper towels could be nicer, not trying to complain either just being completely real. I would have so much fun doing a remodel on this house the gorgeous potential it has.'

'This neighborhood is sketch. The houses next door look like they are about to fall apart and have backyards full of junk and trash. We were legitimately nervous someone would break in and steal our dogs. We pulled up to this house and it had a mailbox stuffed full and an Amazon package on the front steps. It was very confusing. The front porch is filthy and not just because it’s pollen season. It hasn’t been rinsed off in probably a year (photo)There are cigarette butts strewn all over the...

'The property is PERFECT! We loved the location, the house, decor and backyard! The bedrooms were amazing. EVERYTHING was simply devine!'

'Amazing location and property. Will stay here again. Very close to downtown and activities.'

'Helpful host!'

'Great option for bigger groups of people the owners really used there space in this place properly, The only thing I’d suggest is another tv in a room other then that it was great.'

'Generally very nice, the road appears to be a main route through the area and does pick up a fair amount of traffic noise, especially when the road is wet.'
