« Nice place for a weekend Prescott event. »

« This place was very clean and well maintained. The couch was comfortable with two reclining seats. The beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. There were a lot of nice extras as well. A variety of cold drinks in Frig and a selection of snacks! This place is in a great location close to everything, on a quiet street. Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place. I look forward to staying here again! »

« This house was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of space for the two of us, and the front patio was perfect for relaxing outdoors. While we didn’t use the backyard space, it looked like a great spot to chill too. The location was fantastic to get to the downtown area for restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. the neighborhood was clean and there was very little traffic on the street. Will stay again if we can. »

« Cute house, loved the location and backyard. Floors and doors were weeks so woke each other up when going to bathroom at nite. Husband was not a fan of sitting areas or stools in kitchen..too heavy. I loved how well stocked everything was and the beautiful cups and plates were a wonderful touch. Our friends are making reservations with you for July or August. I thought cost was reasonable. Thank You! »

« Three couples stayed in this beautiful home and enjoyed Prescott. The view was awesome, and the different venues on the property offered full access of the views. This property enhanced our Prescott stay! The only downside was that there were only 2 and 1/2 baths, but workable. »

« Was a perfect location for my visit. I could see the roof top of my 94 year old friend's home. The casita was wonderful and it seems there was a lot of thought in the supplies that might be needed. I only have a couple suggestions, since I am only 5'3" I could not reach the laundry supplies nor the kitchen blinds. Maybe store the laundry supplies under the sink and add a pull strap to the kitchen blinds. Other than those two things I absolutely loved it. »

« This is the second time that my husband, myself, and our dog have stayed at this property. The neighborhood is quiet, and our hosts were very accommodating. The house is clean, and well organized. We highly recommend this home. »

« Plenty of room with an abundance of outdoor space. Very convenient to downtown Prescott/Whiskey Row/Courthouse. 10-15 min walk and halfway is a fantastic microbrewery & gastropub (LazyG Brewhouse). Also, a quick drive to the National Forest and lakes for hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking. The house has a lot of character and charm. Overall, a good deal. Hope to return for next year's Whiskey Off Road MTB Race. »

« Main house and guest house suited our adult family group well. The 20somethings slept on the sofa beds and loft. Perfect location for easy walk to the square. Driveway parking was also nice and convenient. Great communication with manager. Would stay again. »

« This is a cute home on a tree-filled hill top. It was clean, comfortable and the host was super friendly. All of the neighbors were very nice and welcoming as well. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. The fenced yard made it easy to travel with our two dogs. The driveway and entry could be a bit challenging for someone older or with a disability, but we didn’t mind. It’s super steep, more than it seems in the photos.
