'Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us.'

'If you set the car navigation, it will lead you to the residential property where is in back of the hotel. The street in front of the hotel is one way. Otherwise the hotel itself was excellent and very comfy like your own home. '

'It’s a short drive to Furano ski area. We enjoyed our stay. It’s not too big, perfect for 2 people. Equipped with dish washer, washing machine and dryer. '

'連泊で家族で利用しました。管理人は不在ですがメールですぐに対応して下さいます。部屋はとても綺麗かつ静かで落ち着けました。どこに行くにも便利で、札幌の暮らしを楽しみたい方に大変おすすめです。'

'繁忙期なのに安かったので不安でしたが、素晴らしい施設でした。ただ、暖房がリビングにだけあって部屋の中には無かったので部屋がとても寒かったです。ドアを開けて部屋を暖めたのですが、結果的に風邪を引いてしまいました。この部分を注意事項として強調するか、後々改善されるといいですね。その部分以外はとても満足で、おすすめします。'

'Expedia messed up and didn’t confirm the reservation, glad the hotel was still able to help us get situated. Excellent, very clean and large hotel for our traveling family of 7.'

'It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip.'

'우선 시설의 컨디션은 매우 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 굉장히 한기가 올라왔고 내부에 있는 라디에이터로도 커버가 부족했습니다. 체크인전 짐을 맡기다던지 그런 편의는 부족했습니다 체크인은 딱 3시 1분부터 가능했습니다. 위치는 삿포로역에서 도보 10분거리에 있었으며 카카오 택시를 이용하여 메가 돈키까지 15,000원 정도가 나왔습니다.'

'地下鉄の駅やバス停にも近く、観光施設へのアクセスも良好でした。雪道を歩く不安かありましたが、問題なかったです。難を言えば、チェックインの手順が微妙に分かりにくいです。メールの記述を工夫された方がよいと思います。'

'Not really as pictured. Very basic, building is a bit shabby and it’s quite dull inside. Basic but very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay where we wanted to cook and wash clothes. A clothes rack to dry clothes would be convenient. Good location, close to Susukino and Odori park. Should email check-in instructions as everything you’re informed of could be advised via email.'
