'This is a nice hotel and in a great location. The staff is always friendly. My only complaints this time were that my coffee maker leaked all over the dresser and floor and my AC unit made a horrible noise all night that kept me up. '

'The downside I would say is there’s NO FREE WIFI ! .. parking is $55… other than that the hotel room was clean and spacious. My boyfriend and I got a king size bedroom, Stayed for one night. ELLE (bar) (3113 Ross Ave) was 5 minutes away so it was perfect. I do love that check out is at 12p ! '

'I lost track of employees that gave us extraordinary service because there were so many of them! From the valet/front desk that helped us get our oversized truck parked in front lot to friendly maid service to staff at the front desk receiving retrieving two Amazon packages I ordered to the friendly bar staff and the person who directed me to the business center so that I can find a quiet place or a Zoom meeting, you ALL truly went above and beyond! WELL DONE! '
